Training in the application of Principle Based Management (PBM) has been helpful throughout my time at Phillips Medisize. Also, leadership’s encouragement to transform and experiment.

Can you share how your role here has challenged you to grow and reach your full potential?

My background is engineering, but in my current role, engineering is only a good solution if it creates mutual benefit for our customers and Phillips Medisize. This has stretched me to think differently and look at our business through a customer lens as well as our own lens.

How have your team members or leaders supported your growth and professional development?

My team and managers have always supported me by focusing on where I can create the most value. That encouragement has challenged me to use my talents in new ways and continue to grow professionally.

What does it mean to you to contribute to a company dedicated to improving people’s lives?

Working for a company that has a mission to improve people’s lives makes me proud to work here.

How does the environment at Phillips Medisize encourage you to explore new ideas and embrace innovation?

Evolving and transforming is an expectation in a Koch company. We are tasked with constantly looking for ways to do things more efficiently and effectively.

In what ways do you see Phillips Medisize upholding its commitment to integrity in everyday work?

I see our focus on safety as best in class. We want every employee to leave every day in the same condition that they came to work. As a manufacturing company, it is great to see how focused we are on the welfare of our employees.
