Stewardship in All We Do
The Phillips Medisize approach to stewardship is guided by a commitment to environmental, social and governance (ESG) priorities. Our stewardship principle drives us to improve lives by delivering products and services while meeting our environmental goals, supporting our communities and empowering our employees. We endeavor to drive mutually beneficial outcomes with our customers, employees, suppliers, communities and other essential stakeholders by upholding ESG best practices.
In an effort to minimize environmental impact while creating an ecosystem that continually addresses new and emerging healthcare challenges such as waste management, this commitment involves operational excellence through our safe work environments, giving back to our communities, governance and compliance, and designing products and systems that can be reused, such as reusable autoinjectors.

Environment:
Essential Products. Environmental Stewardship.
At Phillips Medisize, our commitment to meaningful environmental stewardship means that we aspire to consume fewer resources, minimize waste and constantly innovate to improve our manufacturing processes while respecting our natural resources. We are invested in finding meaningful solutions that benefit our customers, employees, communities and environment.
As part of Molex, we’re committed to using resources responsibly. Lowering resource consumption not only benefits the environment — we believe it leads to a better experience for our customers, employees and communities. To that end, by 2030 Molex aims to improve energy efficiency by 15 percent and reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 15 percent.

Social:
We Succeed When People Flourish
Philanthropy. Health and safety. Diversity and inclusion. Meaningful, rewarding careers and community outreach. These are just some of the vital priorities of social stewardship that empower each of our employees to develop, contribute, self-actualize and create value for the world while supporting communities in which we live.
At Phillips Medisize, we recognize the importance of engaging with communities around the world and are committed to addressing the challenges of tomorrow through impactful programs and meaningful partnerships. By investing where we operate, we hope to create a positive and prolonged impact for generations to come. These are some of the priorities that empower each of our employees to develop, contribute, self-actualize and create value for society while supporting the communities in which we work.

Governance:
Guided by a Vision of Mutual Benefit
As a medical contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO), our governance priorities encompass our private ownership, shared vision, values, compliance standards, and commitment to safety and quality. We are driven to meet all healthcare regulatory authority requirements for medical authorities with a focus on long-term value creation.
Our governance aligns with our vision and values, and we have robust risk-management frameworks, compliance standards, a robust code of conduct, and corporate board-level oversight in place to ensure that we act with integrity and in harmony with our principles.
We go beyond compliance to practice good stewardship, acting with proper regard for the rights of others, protecting the environment, and investing in our communities. Our commitment to these values supports our employees and helps us create more value for our customers, today and into the future.
