Meet Our Team
Why did you decide to work at this location?
There are not many medical device companies in this area—so when we heard about the opportunity to work at Phillips-Medisize, we did not think long about pursuing it. Undoubtedly, a big advantage at this location is working on a greenfield project that’s been totally built from the ground up. For an engineer, this type of initiative is an interesting challenge that allows for professional development and fulfilling our career ambitions.
What was it like to work at this site from its inception?
As recently as June 2022, the plant was still a construction site. Just a year later, we conducted the first production tests. Our work influenced how the plant was designed— and now, we have a huge impact on creating rules for post-production, testing and other plant activities. There’s a tremendous sense of satisfaction when you create something completely new and then see the effects of your hard work firsthand.
Why do you like working with this team?
We’re creating a new reality—an environment that we have always wanted to work in. Our close-knit team collaborates to solve problems, and team members genuinely like and respect each other.
