Niparat Insawan
Finance Manager, MPSD Asia

Can you share how your role here has challenged you to grow and reach your full potential?
As Asia Finance Manager, working with multinational stakeholders was challenging at first, but it consistently provides opportunities to apply my full capabilities and deliver the greatest value to the company.
Can you describe a moment when your work made a tangible, positive difference in someone’s health or well-being?
In my volunteer role as leader of the local ambassador team, we donated wheelchairs and hospital equipment to the local hospital; the hospital shared photos showing patients benefiting from this support, which was very rewarding. In 2024, we also donated 20 computers to a school that previously had none, enabling over 300 students to practice on real devices instead of only listening to lessons, which materially supported their learning.
How does the environment at Phillips Medisize encourage you to explore new ideas and embrace innovation?
I appreciate how the company aligns our annual Roles, Responsibilities and Expectations process with regular reviews with my supervisor. That structure gives me the space to propose new ideas, raise challenging questions and pursue innovative solutions and opportunities I believe are less common elsewhere.
How does Phillips Medisize foster a culture of transparency and trust among employees?
We use Principle Based Management™ (PBM) as a common language and cultural framework. This shared approach aligns our vision and ensures consistent communication from leaders to all employees, fostering transparency and trust across teams.
