Phillips-Medisize Names William Nee As Chief Human Resources Officer

Hudson, WI - June 9, 2016 - Phillips-Medisize Corporation(the “Company”) announced that, effective today, William Nee has joined as the Chief Human Resources Officer and Vice President, Global Human Resources. Nee succeeds Judy Hoehn, who is retiring to spend time with family.

The heart and soul of Phillips-Medisize is our people, and William’s experience will be a great addition to our team as we continue to invest in the development of our people and execute further Company growth,” commented Matt Jennings, Phillips-Medisize, Chairman, CEO and President. “I would also like to thank Judy Hoehn for her 14 years of service, as she has been an integral member of our management team and will be missed."

Nee joins the Company most recently from Arctic Cat, Inc. where he served as Vice President, Human Resources and was responsible for all aspects of human resources. Prior to Arctic Cat, William served in human resources leadership roles at Express Scripts, Fiskars Brands, Inc. and Newell Rubbermaid. His 30+ years of experience ranges from plant-level human resources support to senior executive assignments for the past 20 years. His experience spans across many disciplines of human resource management, ranging from positive employee relations and talent management to organizational development and acquisition integration.

Nee holds a Masters Degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Michigan State
University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
