Plant Controller

The Plant Controller will oversee all aspects of the finance function within the facility (formerly Injectronics).  In the role, the Plant Controller will coordinate and perform activities on behalf of senior and key financial managers, including liaison with facility management and staff by coordinating the flow of information between key managers and senior management.

  • Provide financial, cost, sales and management reporting that drive value at the plant
  • Support product costing to measure plant & product profitability
  • Ability to manage several projects w/ little supervision; communicate w/ management as needed
  • Drive implementing of accounting policies, procedures and controls
  • Demonstrated ability to identify operational issues and work with plant to profitably resolve
  • Demonstrated ability to think out of the box and recommend options that are feasible
  • Proficient in computer tools and systems. (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). 
  • Willingness to assist others in sharing knowledge to increase proficiency
  • Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Learn, understand and actively apply MBM principals and philosophies
  • Prepare financial analysis for capital investments
  • Month end & Year end close process and related reporting. 


Qualifications - Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in an Accounting, Finance or related field
  • Minimum five (5) years of progressive accounting experience
  • Experience within a manufacturing organization preferred
