College Recruiter

  • Act as primary point-of-contact and coordination for college recruiting activities (university and technical colleges).
  • Develop and maintain relationships with appropriate contacts to support college recruiting initiatives.  i.e. career centers, academic faculty; on campus groups/clubs, company representatives for events.
  • Solicit and manage annual college recruiting demand.
  • Organize team meetings, track action items, project lists, presentations, reports and metrics. 
  • Coordinate campus recruiting teams and visits
  • Track and report college recruiting metrics
  • Develop and post college recruiting job advertisements
  • Lead campus events which may include networking events, marketing plans, marketing materials, on campus relations, etc.
  • Coordinate registration for and execution of college recruiting events, both on and off campus.
  • Pre-screen and qualify college recruiting applicants
  • Plan and coordinate interviewing and selection initiatives including interview schedules and logistical concerns such as lodging and travel, for Rotational Program.
  • Execute onboarding procedures including application process, pre-employment checks and other new hire requirements.

Qualifications - Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field
  • 2 years’ experience working in a professional/corporate environment focused on coordination and/or events planning. 
  • 1+ years’ experience in corporate campus recruiting/university relations initiatives with focus on planning campus recruiting strategies and summer intern programs.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products with the specific ability to build and manage moderately complex spreadsheets in Excel.
  • Basic understanding of employment law and compliance as it relates to recruiting
  • Must be able to travel at least 25% of the time during fall/spring months
  • Preferred Qualifications:    
    Experience with applicant tracking system (ATS)
    1+ year(s) experience as a corporate recruiter
